Health, Safety and Environment Plan

Our Board of Directors and employees are fully committed to implementing and continually improving the integrated management systems that govern our HSE Code of Practice. These systems are living documents that are constantly reviewed and improved. Ensuring the health and safety of our employees and all those affected by our construction operations is an absolute prerequisite to conducting any work at any time. We have developed our systems and procedures over many years, including:

1. Directing all entities of the construction sector (consultants, contractors and developers) to prepare and develop a safe healthy environment plan for building construction sites, and provide integrated data for a safe healthy environment to help manage and monitor the performance of projects in normal activities and in emergency situations.

2. Clarify all responsibilities assigned to consultants, contractors, project managers and the enterprise team and the role of each of them in contributing to the benefit of daily construction activities.

3. Take the necessary preventive measures to protect the health and safety of workers and protect the environment by applying criteria to identify and evaluate risks and develop a clear strategy to control these risks.

4. The guidelines help the health and safety of the work environment in a scientific way to monitor the performance of the company through the use of appropriate inspection lists, and thus put in place appropriate control measures.
